In August 2017, a season of new beginnings unfolded for Fola Omojola and her family. Leaving behind the familiar cityscape of Chicago, Illinois, they embarked on a transformative journey to Fort Worth, Texas, answering a calling to join the community at Eagle Mountain International Church, a cornerstone of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Eagle Mountain quickly became more than a church; it became home. Rooted in a shared faith and commitment to serving, the Omojola family immersed themselves in ministry, each member contributing their unique gifts to enrich the lives of others.
For Fola, volunteering was an extension of her faith in action. She joined the Prayer Ministry, interceding fervently for the needs of others, and became a pillar in the Radiant Women’s Ministry, encouraging and empowering women in their spiritual and personal journeys. Alongside her husband, she also became an active member of the Couple’s Ministry, nurturing relationships and fostering community among married couples.
Her heart for young people led her to volunteer with 14Forty, a ministry focused on empowering teenagers, and Superkid Academy (SKA), where she poured love and guidance into the lives of children. These roles allowed her to be a bridge of support, ensuring the next generation felt seen, heard, and valued.
The rest of the Omojola family embraced their own callings within the church. Whether lending their voices and talents to the Music Ministry, mentoring youth at 14Forty, guiding children at SKA, or serving as leaders in the Bridge and the Men’s Ministry, each found a space to serve that resonated with their passions and strengths.
Together, the Omojola family exemplified the spirit of servant leadership, embodying a love for God and a commitment to community. Eagle Mountain International Church became not just a place of worship, but a vibrant hub where their family flourished, both spiritually and relationally.
Seven years later, the Omojolas reflect on their decision to move with gratitude and awe. What began as a leap of faith has blossomed into a life filled with purpose, connection, and profound impact—not only within the walls of the church but in the Fort Worth community and beyond. Their story is a testament to the power of obedience, the beauty of service, and the strength of faith lived out as a family.
